Peter Stromberg
A Massachusetts native, Peter Stromberg has called South Lake Tahoe home for most of the last 25 years. He learned the building trade from his Uncle, Louie Demeo, a long-established Tahoe builder with multi-million dollar lakefront homes on his resume. Peter quickly started building spec houses on his own and after a decade of hands-on building, he learned drafting and now draws the plans for his own custom builds. Knowing how to navigate plans and the physical trade, Peter has a unique perspective and the ability to plan out timelines and budgets with great precision. A true devotee of South Lake Tahoe, Peter is a local with the long-term connections and experience needed to get projects completed in this highly regulated and rugged landscape.
Aubrey Coon
Aubrey has been involved in four large-scale property development projects with Peter over the last ten years, from the mountains to the foothills to the islands and back again. When she’s not touring lots or consulting on layouts and finishes, she handles design, marketing and communication. Originally from San Diego she now lives in South Lake Tahoe, watching with great interest as this small mountain town transforms itself into one of most sought-after destinations in the world.
